I reached out to Eagle Environmental initially to provide a second opinion on a previously installed radon remediation system. The installed system was in a place that made it susceptible to being hit by cars in our driveway, and was creating significant noise in one of the condos. The other company was unwilling to work with us towards a reasonable solution for everyone. We were open to any and all solutions. Vincent was able to come in, assess the situation, and recommend re-routing the system to the other side of the building.
Within three weeks, we were able to have Vincent come back out to re-route the system. The finished result both looks great and solves our issues. The timeline from initial call to project completion was under a month. We were really pleased with both their ability to work with us and the results. I highly recommend this company.

Eagle was fantastic from start to finish for this difficult situation. After installing the system, the radon levels were still above the warranty level. Even after swapping in a larger fan, the radon levels were still above warranty level. But after some investigation, it was found that a strip footer was dividing the space under the slab in half, so they came back and added an extension to the other side of the strip. The radon levels dropped to the low 1s! We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend the entire Eagle team to solve your radon issues.
Go with them. After the system was first installed our levels were above the warranty level, and they came back to evaluate why and then fixed the issue. We had a challenging soils condition and they still kept to their word got it done! Everyone that came out was smart, professional and easy to work with. They made efforts to install the system in a way that it would be least intrusive and cleaned up after doing the work. I can't recommend them enough, really and A+ crew. Go with them!
