David was so wonderful to work with and helped us, truly going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When we first noticed a leak, he was quick to respond and identify the source of the problem. He then helped provide us contacts to assist with mitigation and next steps to resolve the damage to our bathroom. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process to make sure we understood what work needed to be done. I would highly recommend working with Radiant and specifically asking for David if you have any plumbing work needed in your home.

Great service. He identified the problems quickly and explained it clearly. Took about an hour to unclog a sink and install new parts on the toilet. He tested it to make sure everything worked and cleaned up all the water and dirt from fixing and walking in and out. Price was fair. Would definitely hire again.

I am living in a nightmare because of this incompetent company. I had a brand new HVAC installed in September and they still cannot get it right. I have had 6 technicians come and no one is able to get the system to function properly. I am without heat once again and fed up. I asked for documentation and for a supervisor to call but they do seem to care.

I have used them in the past and loved them at the time but my latest experience with them will be my last. I made an appointment days in advance and took off from work to be home. They not only didn't make my morning time slot but didn't even manage to get someone out at any point all day. I was left high and dry. Really upsetting level of service.
I was always willing to pay a bit more for good service but now they are priced at a premium and apparently can no longer deliver. The woman I dealt with said a manager would call me but that call never came.

Quote was much, much higher than others. After the initial consultation, they were quite aggressive about booking the service. When I said “no” to that, the rep on the phone hung up on me. After that, a different rep continued to text me. This all left us with a very negative impression.
