I was initially hesitant about trying hypnotherapy as I worried I wouldn’t be able to articulate my feelings or visualise images when told to. Eugene was very patient and reassuring when I shared these concerns. I was surprised that he was able to bring me back to childhood memories I thought I had forgotten. It wasn’t entirely comfortable… since some of those memories were the ones I had subconsciously suppressed, but it turned out to be a much needed experience… Thanks Eugene!

It was an interesting experience for me. Eugene made it simple to understand the basics of the Reiki. The practice session helped me understand more and the feeling of calmness was there though anxious on the next step to be learned. I came with a positive mind as I really wanted to use reiki for myself at this age of retirement.
Wow the smoothie was so tasty thanks Eugene.
After all every time participants look for some delicious break 😂😂😂.
I’ve just done the morning cleansing and am feeling very refreshed. It is one of the most simple healing method to follow for me of course holding a little pain when moving the hands to the back for a few mins. Then again my shoulder pain seems to have lessened so much which I have had for some time during the session itself.
Thanks Eugene for this reiki session which I am sure will be of great benefit to me for always.

I met Eugene in May and he’s been very helpful even outside of therapy especially in nutrition. He’s a subject matter expert of what he does and always has an answer/guide for you. My husband and I attended reiki workshop 1 and it’s been very liberating connecting with like minded peers and getting exposed to reiki for the first time. Highly recommend anyone who wants therapy and reiki to find Eugene!
