I had my very first facial with Rinaz, and she did such a great job! She did a whitehead extraction and really took the time to clean my face thoroughly. It was a little painful (as expected), but she was so kind and gentle throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable. My skin feels so much cleaner and refreshed after. Highly recommend her!

Don’t do laser hair removal here, save your time and money.
I can’t speak for other services but I highly don’t recommend this place for laser hair removal for someone with thick hair.
They offered me 2 free sessions but I no longer trust that their technology even works and their manager is a gaslighter, I don’t want to see her again. I wouldn’t be surprised if she replies to this gaslighting me again :)
If you do receive any service here, I’d go to Rukhsana, she’s amazing. The only good thing from my experience.

Unlike many other providers, our laser hair removal packages are backed by a results guarantee. If a client does not see an 80–90% reduction in hair growth after six sessions, we continue treating them free of charge until that result is achieved. Once the results are confirmed, we also offer two complimentary touch-up sessions to maintain your outcome.
To assess progress, we use a combination of photos and client-reported feedback to verify reduction levels. This is done through both verbal and written communication and allows us to track changes accurately and transparently.
We understand that approaching the final stages of treatment can be emotional and sometimes frustrating, especially with high expectations. However, in order to maintain fairness for all clients, we must adhere to our policies and cannot offer unlimited treatments beyond the verified result threshold.
We regret that we couldn’t provide the resolution you were hoping for. That said, we do appreciate your acknowledgment of Rukhsana's work and are glad to hear she left a positive impression.

I’ve been getting my skin treatments with Rukhsana and she has been absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable about melanated skin and is super gentle. My skin has improved significantly since I started working with her (2 facials and 1 chemical peel). She suggested some non-affiliated skincare products to use and they’ve also been working great. I have 3 more peels and 2 facials to go (I got a package). Looking forward to the results.
