It was a perfect experience. A small family owned vineyard with the most amazing view in the Douro! Antonio and his parents were such nice people and easy to talk to. Also, the wines and the food were very good. Would recommend this to anyone!

We ended our ten mile walk here and the view was spectacular. The service was just okay but the setting is worthwhile. Good wine and tapas.

We had the tour in combination with a wine tasting of their red, rosé and white. We also got to taste their own honey and olive oil. Guide was great! It's a small family owned vineyard and it felt genuine.

We had a wonderful tour of the winery. Antonio was incredibly personable and passionate. The wines were incredible, as was their olive oil and honey produced on site. Would highly recommend - far superior to the tours I imagine you might get from one of the bigger, more commercialised wineries in the valley.

It is a great place, authentic and beautiful. We travelled 2 hours to get there and it was worth it. The wines are delicious, views are spectacular. The winery tour is perfect - not too short and not too long, and Antonio shared with us a nice dose of intereting facts. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

If you are visiting Pinhão, then this is a must winery to visit. Wine flights and tapas were wonderful. The view of the mountains and Douro River are epic. And the family that owns the winery creates a perfect experience. The hike from the town of Pinhão is difficult as it’s up the mountain, but you can drive there.

We adored our tour and tasting at Quinta Do Jalloto, a small family-run winery! We had an amazing tour guide (though we cannot remember his name!! apologies) by one of the winemaker's sons; he was very warm and welcoming, and he took ample time to answer all our of questions. We also got to meet his father, the winemaker, and pick his brain, and because of this came away with a lot learned from our visit. The winery has beautiful views over the Douro Valley, where we sat and enjoyed our wine tasting immensely. Quinta Do Jalloto is maybe not as glitzy as some other wineries in Douro, but it was by far the most authentic and sweet one we visited, with the most personal touches. Highly recommend!

This winery visit was truly a highlight of our time in Douro Valley. Antonio was an amazing, providing insight to his family's 5 generations of building a small family winery estate. We would highly recommend visiting this beautiful winery.

The owner Antonio was very nice and Friendly and gave us a nice tour around the vineyard. The Wine really stood out and my personal favourite was 2011 Jalloto Pure Grande Reserva. We also enjoyed the Honey and it was a superb experience. We will certainly come back to stay over and enjoy other wine from the them.

This was a highlight of our Douro Valley visit, climbing the hillside in a taxi making seasoned switch-back turns and then opening up onto a gorgeous vista over the whole valley below. The tour itself was interesting and our tour guide engaging, though it could've lasted longer. She made up for it by answering our questions as we sampled the goods stomped by foot and hand-picked without mechanical aid. The white was delicious, and definitely splurge for the 10-year tawny port!
