I purchased a new machine from The Quilting Bee and had many problems with what I believe was a lemon from a usually great company. Quilting Bee was always helpful, cheerful and concerned about my problem. They had it with their service people twice who tried very hard. Never was anyone other than kind. When I wanted a different machine from the same company they cheerfully took care of it. If you need a new machine, I highly recommend getting it from Quilting Bee

I only have one complaint. My machine was not threaded when I got my machine home from your place for cleaning. I had to wait for my for my son in law to do it for me d/t my poor eyesight.
Hello Marilyn! First off, thank you for your review! We typically don't thread machines once they are done with service for two reasons. The first is that we use our own thread during testing. The second is that we have found that a threaded machine can possibly get discombobulated in transit and can be a problem when it is used again. We hope you have a great day!

I had to take my embroidery machine back in after it had already been serviced, but Jason sat at the counter with me for almost an hour trying to help me figure out why it was still malfunctioning. Katie and Molli(spelling?) and Trevor(I believe was his name) were great to chat with about hamsters while my machine was being looked over. 😄 After Jason determined I needed to leave my machine there so he could work on it more, I proceeded to go purchase some embroidery thread where Susan helped me at the checkout counter. ❤️ We had a great conversation! Loved her glasses 🤓. My machine was done same day so I ran back to pick it up and the store was pretty empty but Katie was still there!! Great customer service all around! I highly recommend this place! 😁

It was all beautiful fabrics and quilting kits. They had a big selection of beautiful kits that looked to be for all skill levels. They also do sewing machine repairs and had a nice variety of sewing machines from basic to SUPER high end. There is something for everyone here

If you sew, you must visit this store. Imagination, a quaintly stylish shop and excellent customer service keeps me coming back. If you want to learn about anything sewing, It's worth taking a look at the classes they offer. They are very kind and understanding of us newbies.
