Simply amazing. I'm a real estate Broker for over 37 years. Kevin inspected a 4000 sq ft home built in 2005 that had a rat infestation with several dozens rats the size of cats. One of them jumped in midair at him, barely missing his face. There was not a single inch of that home that did not have rat feces & urine. A total infestation & highly toxic to humans and animals. In addition he did sampling for mold present in both levels of the home, not charging for additional samples, as he normally does about four samples. He did about 8-10 samples, all positive & highly toxic. He reviewed the entire report with us & spent over an hour doing so. He is highly experienced & knowledgeable. The BEST home inspector that I have ever worked with.

My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home and our real estate agent found Kevin to do the home inspection. Kevin really went above and beyond to not only be thorough (he really evaluated every nook and cranny inside, outside and above the home), but he also walked us through the home and explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. In addition, he also gave us tips on how to take care and maintain our home which is something we knew absolutely nothing about AND he provided us with a very detailed report with pictures so we didn't have to worry if we missed anything during his tour.
