Quench has been an absolutely amazing company to work with. From Damari, Krystal, and the rest of the team they all seem to bend over backwards every time I call. Couldn’t be happier with the service and can’t thank them enough!

The experience of having the system installed was clear, detailed and the installers were courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and left our property nest and tidy. Subsequently, I have had a few issues with the remote programming and everyone I have dealt with at the office has been exceptional. Quick response to my questions and no rush to get off phone. Special thanks to Augustine for his help!

I worked with this company for a few years but this year i contacted them later in the season to open my sprinkler system. I waited A little over 3 weeks for an appointment and they cancelled the day before saying it was “unfortunate.” I’m not sure if management changed but based on their unreliability and lack of customer service i would Not recommend. What a shame.

Rosalie, I’m very sorry your appointment was cancelled and you waited so long; that is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will investigate what caused the last‑minute cancellation and address any scheduling issues on our end. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience or reply here so we can prioritize your sprinkler opening and make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
