Did a MOT and 12 point service today. Mark and his guys go out of their way to make sure customers are happy and are leaving with a smile on their face. That says it all. Well done!! Will definetly be back. Keep on doing a good job!

Queens Park Garage are fantastic! I had an issue with my van today and they sorted it out there and then. I've been coming here for years and all the guys are great but on this occasion Paul and Carl were superb. I would never go to any other garage and I'd recommend them to anyone. They are honest, helpful and reliable. If I could give more stars then I would!

I've been looking for a reliable garage in Bournemouth for a while, and thanks to a swathe of outstanding reviews went to Queens Park to get my clutch replaced. After having the privilege of using a local mechanic for the best part of my motoring life, I'm relieved to have found somewhere that lives up to my expectations. The job was well costed, my car was left very tidy and communication was open and informative. The staff were all very polite, knowledgeable and helpful and discussed servicing on my car. Despite being a good 40 minutes away by bus, I will continue to use QPG; in a world where good service is hard to find, and reliable car repairs seemingly harder, I'm happy to have found a competent repairer with a local feel.

Hello Ben. We have checked our records and you are not actually a customer of ours. We believe your review has been prompted by a quote we gave you for wheel alignment and the fact that we require a £20 deposit at the time of booking. We have set prices for our Hunter Wheel Alignment according to each make and model and which adjustments are possible and required. Our policy of taking a deposit is clearly explained on our website and is to ensure customers keep their appointment. If you find either of these two very basic and common business practices means we have poor customer service and are too expensive, then you are better off using a different garage.

I always had a great experience with these guys. Done my MOT and Service with them. Their service always felt genuine and honest. They also took my car in last minute first thing in the morning before my family trip when I got my sun guard stuck in the window by accident.
