Brittney was so kind and patient throughout the entire process and helped me achieve my vision. I’ll have this beautiful table for many years and hopefully will pass it down to my kids. The craftsmanship, the gorgeous finish, the fact that I was able to get four leaves, the customer service, and the delivery by Jerry all combined to make this a perfect experience. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be a return customer.

Mitch and Drew did an amazing job setting up our dining table and new recliner. They polished all the wood and gave us specific instructions for care of our beautiful new dining set. They let us know ahead of time of their time of arrival, which was so helpful to us. They were both very nice people!

The furniture is absolutely stunning! Perfect in every way! we could not be more satisfied with the quality and workmanship of each piece. We are already considering a couple more pieces!

We ordered 2 corner hutches for our dining room and they exceeded all expectations. Paid for in home delivery and they were good with letting me know arrival times in advance . Mitch & Drew were polite and courteous. The hutches are extremely solid and well made.

We made a 2 hour drive to Qw in Rochester to try the bench master chairs. Feel in love with them and ended up buying a couch also. The quality and pricing of their furniture far outweighs the big box stores. We will be purchasing from them again! A lamp globe was broke accidentally by the movers delivering our couch. We received a prompt email from Tom, who found replacements for us that are being delivered to us. Would highly recommend QW to anyone looking for furniture!

Their furniture is beautifully made and sturdy, any of their pieces should last a lifetime. We ordered table, chairs plus counters stools. I ordered from out of state and they worked with me on choosing fabric samples to stain options including a matte finish. I had a few hiccups like my order being changed without my knowledge when I finalized my fabric and stain selection which I caught before production and a problem with the cording on the counter stools. Tom quickly took care of the cording issue without any hassles. Even though I had a few hiccups I would highly recommend them as well as order from them again.

Gorgeous table! My experience with QW was five stars. I had to make a couple of changes and the customer service was outstanding. Each time I called a kind and helpful person answered the phone. For my table I chose hard maple with carbon stain. I love the quality of furniture made out of solid real wood. It's hard to find these days. Two kind young men delivered this and a coffee table, which I also love, to my home about 4 months after I placed the order. Definitely worth the wait!

Outstanding customer service and high quality, real wood furniture. Do not let the online shopping for furniture deter you. The staff is great. They answered all my questions, sent pictures of actual pieces in the finishes we were considering and then they can provide real wood samples for your review. Our dining room set is amazing and after 18 months, zero issues. It is so nice to have a place to get furniture made like it should be. I was concerned about shipping damage, but they use professionals and every piece was wrapped individually in thick blankets and more and everything in the trailer was secured. Not one scuff. I will be back the next time I need any furniture!

There was absolutely no pressure, but plenty of patience and solid information from their sales staff, Tom, who spent several hours answering our questions, walking us through wood choices and color selections, and double checking to ensure that we had everything ordered exactly the way we wanted it.
