UPDATE: I received my furniture and I love it! It is beautiful and extremely well-made. Everything has been sanded to an amazingly smooth surface and then the stain and finish applied are flawless. The handles they helped me pick out fit the items perfectly. I could not be happier!

I had an excellent experience with customer service in returning a damaged special order chair. I ordered the chair online. The wood and leather were of beautiful quality. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an arm rest after 6 months and when I contacted customer service by email, I had little hope in hearing back or resolving my problem, only because so many companies now days ignore customer satisfaction with their products. QW is the exception!! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Laura answered my emails and was extremely helpful in resolving my problem. I would order from this company with no hesitation and I am thankful that companies like QW still exist and stand by their products.
We just had our Amish made electric fireplace and sofa table delivered today. Mitch and Drew were very professional and thorough when getting everything set up in our house. I actually went ahead and ordered the matching end tables today. We are very pleased with the quality of our furniture.

Unfortunately we're not happy with the two purchases we made. the first was a TV console. the molding that holds the glass in falls out. I did try to put some silicone in but unfortunately that didn't work. we also have a Hard Maple dining room table with scratches from a pen writing on paper. now we have to decide to refinish or live with it.

Frigid cold did not deter Mitch and Drew from delivering my Quality Woods bookcases. The two of them reflected the exceptional quality I have come to expect of QW’s furniture and its professional service. And unlike other service calls, they come at the time when they actually told the customer they would be coming. Highly recommend QW!

So pleased with the delivery of our table. Mitch & Drew were very professional and courteous. They explained how to insert the leaves & how to protect the surface until it was fully cured. I appreciated the ‘heads up’.
Also, it was snowy out & they were careful about tracking in dirt.

We bought a 'Handcrafted Amish dresser' from QW furniture. The dresser is high quality, a very nice piece of furniture. Unfortunately they used mass produced cheap drawers. Really cheap. They didn't stain the back of the drawers and each drawer has a warning label that they left on and stained over. One drawer had a label inside the drawer and since they stained over it it started peeling, so I removed it. Bad idea, that's when I discovered they had not stained the drawers completely. I requested a small amount of stain to fix the problem, so they sent me a stain pen. It worked as I expected - Not well. Why build a nice piece of furniture and fill it with cheap drawers? Oh - so they can charge less and make you think you're getting a deal.

I thought my table set would be nice but it far exceeded my expectations! It's handcrafted perfection!
This is furniture you can't find anymore. My eyes were tearing up when it was being set up. My father was a master carpenter and I know he would have appreciated the craftsmanship of this table set. Wow! What an outstanding experience from start to finish! I was in search of a bed and was looking at stores online but really wanted to see it in person to make sure the quality is good I was mainly finding stores online the east coast and was delighted when I came across QW’s website and realized they were in Rochester MN. I drove about two hours and was greeted by Bryan. He was great helping narrow down some options. I wanted something custom, mainly to raise the underneath bed clearance. He was communicative and getting me the answers in a quick timeframe. He showed me the different styles and woods available. The world was my oyster. And as luck would have it - there was a sale going on. I decided on the Baymont bed in Rustic Cherry natural finish. It was going to take 14-16 weeks. And right on time, I received a call from Earl to schedule my delivery. Once again he was very friendly and professional. I inquired about adding a bunky board to support my mattress and that was an easy last minute add thankfully. When the bed was delivered Mitch and Drew were professional, friendly and engaging. They were remarking how they hadn’t seen a bed like mine in all the deliveries they made and it was a great idea. This legitimately was a 5 star experience with everyone I interacted with. Thank you so much! I am absolutely in love with my new bed and look forward to my next shopping experience.
We don't usually buy expensive, "good" furniture these days, however, we were in need of a new drop leaf table for our small home and my eye caught QW Furniture.
On sale it was $1600, and we had some extra cash so we went for it. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. This is the most beautifully crafted piece of furniture I've ever laid eyes on. We were in awe of the gear structure for the leaf INSERTION. The finish is just stunning - a soft satin, and it is smoother than anything I've ever felt. My husband assembled it in 20 minutes - he just had to attach the feet to the base and the top to the pedestal. When raised, you can barely see the seam for the leaves.
This will be an heirloom piece that will hopefully stay in our family for years. It is also very satisfying to support hand-crafted furniture made in the USA. I know this price point is not available to everybody, but if you can - I would highly recommend them.
