We are very pleased with the recent purchase and installation of our Quality Safe Water whole house water filtration system. The owner of the business, Ken Mong, visited us in our home, inspected the water piping we have, listened to what we felt we needed - and what we didn't need - and gave us a very reasonable offer to have only the water filtration system installed. We did not feel any high pressure and appreciated Ken's educating us on our municipal water supply and what the Quality Safe Water filtration equipment would accomplish. Lindsay called to schedule the installation, and our installer, Danny, kept us apprised of exactly when he would arrive. It was obvious how experienced Danny was with the Quality Safe Water equipment, inspiring confidence that we had made the right decision. We also immediately noticed the positive change in our water purity, and only wish we had had the work done sooner after building our home! Overall a 5 star job all the way through.

We can’t say enough about this company from our first meeting with Ken to Danny installing our unit. We had horrible unsafe water with ecoli and other bacteria’s. When Danny left he actually drank some to show us how safe it was. Please if you need your water tested check out these guys. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I was a little concerned about seeing so many 5 star reviews initially wondering if they all were legitimate. We had a competitors system that was not working and one of their guys stoped by to see if he could troubleshoot it for us. Our handyman had painted the unit a couple weeks ago and somehow unplugged the power from the control. QSW of Florida's man was meticulous and professional and found the power cord laying out of sight behind the unit. He reset it for us and was out of there in 20 minutes. He lost a sale today on selling us a replacement system but you can be sure they go straight to the top of the list when we need a replacement water system. Thank you!

We had Danny from Quality Safe Water come out to do our yearly water heater maintenance cleaning and check. Easy to make appointment and service was great as usual! We've had our water softener system installed by them and now our water heater serviced by them! Plan our having our garbage disposal replaced with Danny also. My tech Danny Moore is the best! Never an issue when calling them with a question or to get them to come out. Their office staff is all so friendly too! Danny thanks for always helping us when we need you to come out! You’re the best! Highly recommend this company for all plumbing equipment!

Danny was great! Down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me to understand my system and what I was getting. And the before and after the system was night and day. My daughter has extreme allergies and eczema. And now that my water is clear I’m excited. Our family has had a long journey. I will leave another review with a 2 weeks to share results long term. But I highly recommend Danny and his company. They care and I’m sure that’s why they are in this business.

Two days ago ( Tuesday ) I placed a call to QUALITY SAFE WATER OF FLORIDA. Today ( Thursday ) I have the best tasting, clearest, odor free water we have EVER had from a well. Starting with Lindsay ( who answered a post of mine on nextdoor about a good water system ) she said Ken, who has over 50 years in the water system business would be out to test our water that afternoon.He showed up on time and educated myself and my wife about well water. When he was done ( no pressure to purchase anything ) he gave us a quote to have a system that will give us clean SAFE well water. The quote was reasonable and we agreed to the price.Enter Danny, the installer, what a breath of fresh air, to have someone who showed up early , introduced himself and went to work removing the old system. He then made sure the area was prepped to accept the new equipment . He then installed the new equipment, he tested the operation of each unit and showed me what he had done . He then came into the house to install the remaining equipment,flush the pipes in the whole house,and tested each water outlet to make sure we were getting the safe quality water we wanted. He cleaned up and went over every thing again to make sure we understood the operation of the system and were satisfied. He played with my dog for a minute , shook our hand and left . If your looking for a safe clean water system, do yourself a favor and call them, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Gene T

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! I called Quality Safe Water of Florida LLC on an emergency issue with a leaking pipe that had been installed by another company. Danny, the technician, answered my call on the second ring and was at my home by 8pm, within only half an hour. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire visit. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, and the pricing was very reasonable—especially for an emergency call. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and professionalism these days. Highly recommend this company and especially Danny for any plumbing or water system needs!
