Kayce came out and did a thorough check of my roof and ensured that only necessary work was done. (A few shingles flew off during some high winds)
Then the missing shingles were replaced quickly and for a great price.

We had a roof and gutters put on. The roof looks like at best an OK job. They barely cleaned up any nails, I picked up nails for weeks afterwards and even presented a bag full of them to the sales rep. I also received a flat tire from the nails, which to this day has not been able to be repaired without leaking air. My main problem is the gutters. They constantly glog now, which rarely happened before. In the past I would have to clean the gutters out, once maybe twice a year. Now I have to do it every couple of weeks. They bow out and overflow on the sides constantly. Be cautious of this company, maybe it was just a bad experience for me.

I had damage to my townhouse due to the ice storm back in January. I used Quality RRC to do the restoration work and they were great!!! They did a fantastic, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Jon was very communicative about the whole process and what I could expect. After a recent fire, we hired Quality RRC for smoke cleaning and remediation and couldn’t be more impressed with their work. We have used Quality RRC several times over the years, both for small and large jobs. They were always prompt and courteous and did an excellent job.
Chris Lawson and Jordon never tried to oversell and recommended repairs over a new roof, when a new roof was not necessary. We always felt that we were being treated honestly and fairly and would trust them with future work on our home.
Most recently, they coordinated removal of several large trees and repairs on a punctured roof and torn down siding on my son’s home after the devastating ice storm in January 2026. They were able to apply an emergency fix to the roof the same day I called, which prevented leaking into the house.
The other day some siding was torn off our home during a storm and they were able to have that fixed the next day. On top of that, they went around the entire house and fixed a few minor things, too. We asked for a roof inspection and were told we didn’t need a new roof yet, which was good to hear - especially because a couple other companies tried to sell us a new roof without even doing an inspection.
It is refreshing to work with a roofing company that refuses to resort to cheap tricks just to make a sale.
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent tree removal service your team provided. I was very impressed by the quick turnaround and especially appreciated that the area was tarped before the storm arrived next day.
