Their 28 years of experience, one inch aspartic flakes, and lifetime warranty are incomparable. I highly recommend them and can't imagine hiring anyone else for epoxy floor coating.

If you are debating any other company, don’t even bother. Jon was super honest and transparent the whole time. I knew exactly when he was coming by and he was always giving me updates. He even took the time to educate me. Him and his wife were great and I would recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to get their floors done.

1/26 Update: Business owner has been harassing me via email to remove my honest review, and has been attempting to use aggressive intimidation for me to remove my review. Additionally, they are maliciously using and sharing my personal information from my online inquiry to weaponize against me. Absolutely insane that someone would make a person feel so unsafe over a review and feedback that they could have learned from or rationally discussed with me. Original Review: Had an absolutely insane interaction with this business. I reached out to a few flooring companies for online quotes, and ended up going with another company who reached back out first and had fair pricing, great folks working, etc. The owner of Quality Epoxy, Jon, kept calling me and texting me about the quote, and I politely told him thank you for reaching out, but we went with another company. Jon proceeded to text me multiple paragraphs of ranting about what a mistake I made, how I was essentially stupid to have gone with anyone else, and a bunch of aggressive, derogatory commentary towards me. I was absolutely floored and so wildly uncomfortable. I can’t speak for the quality of this company’s work (thus the two stars instead of one), but if this behavior represents the kind of company this is, I’m thrilled that I gave someone else my business.

UPDATE, she keeps lying and is a very angry person. Love how she shows screenshots of me educating her. Never meet anyone who is so angry and I have never even spoken to her prior to all this nonsense. She is pissed off at me for educating. First of all, I never gave her a quote. I never even spoken to her. I reach out to everybody between three and four times because I understand people are busy. Apparently she caught my messages and chose to just simply ignore me if this was her intention. I find it odd that she even reached out to me. Apparently she doesn’t believe in treating others the way she would want to be treated. She is not a customer, she chose to use this platform as a weapon to hurt me in every possible way. She filled out a form on my website, I reached out to her several times. I was doing many follow ups yesterday and she apparently got furious that I had her best interest and educated her as I do with everyone along with my 19 publications I have written. Of course people could use her. They want to use, but I’ve never had a Customer could upset with me educating them on the things to look out for in my shady unregulated industry. was just trying to protect her from becoming a victim of consumer fraud.

Highly recommended! I shopped around looking for high quality but not over-priced. After getting several estimates and talking to several companies I decided to use Quality Epoxy. I’m so glad I did. Jon’s work is top-notch and the floor in my garages look amazing. The level of care and effort Jon puts into his work is truly remarkable. There’s no wonder his floors turn out as nice as they do. Jon called me back same day, showed up on time and 5 minutes early. Prices are very reasonable especially considering The high-quality work. The quality work is a 5/5 I would use them again. There is not many small business like this any more it’s a treasure and needs to be preserved!

The two biggest things I want to share was a quality of work and the quality of the person. Was very professional throughout the whole process. His timeline was very well communicated, he’s always gave us updates on how it’s going, sending pictures, letting us know Care after and payment was a very smooth. The companies accolades alone caught my attention, but I thought the quality of the person was what ultimately led to the decision of going with his company. He was actually sick and in the hospital and he responded to me while still in the hospital as if he was not sick or hurt at all. I was really blown away with his dedication to his business and his called to serve. Knowing that he cared about our needs really made me want to stick with his company. It’s very rare To find quality of working quality of a person that leads the Company and I feel very fortunate enough to have ran into John and his wife and his family business. I reached out to Jon and heard back from him the same day pretty quickly. We got lucky that he was working a job less than a half mile from my house the next day and he was willing to go over to mine right after in order to start work immediately. For that I am thankful. Not only was his service quick but his work was amazing! He is also upfront about everything including the costs and pricing is more than fair. The floors in my garage look absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
