We have received excellent service from Jessica and her team. This company has integrity and heart ...not always the case. I receive very personalized and human centered administration support (shockingly rare). This takes the stress down many notches. The PSW care is exceptional. Mom hugs the PSW upon arrival which is not always the case for others. This speaks to the genuine nature of the PSW and also of the ability to match a PSW to my Mom's value system and vibe. Just a note: when I shopped around other companies had contracts that eliminated their risk...Qualicate has a reasonable and fair contract. They are price competitive also. Feeling grateful.

I have used the Qualicare services to clean my home and for my mother-in-law who is declining from Alzheimer’s. The area manager is very efficient and goes the extra mile to ensure we are happy with the services we receive. My MIL is so happy with her PSW. Qualicare made sure that they sent someone that was the right fit for my MIL. Qualicare is flexible in their scheduling and they don’t force you into a locked number of PSE hours each week. Overall I am so happy that I decided to go with Qualicare for cleaning and senior care. Great people, great service!

My Wife and I recently vetted several Senior Care services and while all were good, Qualicare Home Care stood out as the one best suited for our needs. We needed additional support for my 94 year old Mom with dementia who resides in a retirement community. We chose Qualicare and right from our first meeting, we couldn't be happier. Mario and Jessica were friendly and professional and had a genuine interest in helping to design a schedule that best suited Mom's needs. A schedule that was flexible, not time or number of days committed and worked best for Mom as well as us. Alexandra is an experienced PSW, trained to give the caring and patient approach that we needed for Mom. In only a couple of weeks we have received positive feedback from the Staff at the Retirement community of Mom's new spirit. Qualicare will take some of the burden off my Wife and I as well as provide peace of mind when we travel. I would definitely recommend Qualicare to my Friends.
