The staff at Qualicare are very friendly and do their jobs quickly and efficiently with great quality.The prices for the service are budget friendly and are tailored to the clients needs.I paid less than I thought I would, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed by the communication skills that Precious showed in introducing me to home care st the wellness fair, if it was not for her personal contact I may have left the fair without becoming familiar with this company. They made all the Difference - after mom’s accident and hip surgery, she required daily care upon returning home from the hospital. Amy and her team of care givers quickly adapted to the care needs my mom required, showing flexibility and genuine care each and every day. Over the past months as mom’s needs have evolved, the Qualicare team has continued to adapt and provide personal care and attentiveness. Through a trying time, mom looks forward to seeing “her girls” and so much appreciates all they do. We couldn’t have gotten to this point without them.

I'd like to personally recommend Qualicare Home Care!!! I'm a quadriplegic and require home care. I originally called them to arrange back up in case Interior Health Home Support was unable to come. After having a bad experience with Interior Health, I have had Amy or Julie come daily. They are absolutely amazing!!! They are kind, caring and strong Women!!!
I’m a quadriplegic and require help with changing catheter bags, dressing and undressing, shower chair transfers as well as bed to chair transfers with a ceiling lift.
What sets them apart from the others also, is they are the only home care company who offers 24/7 services for every area in home care, including personalized care. Thank you Qualicare!!!

I moved my parents here from another province and Amy and her team were my godsend. They took excellent, caring, family like care of my mother providing her with both help in her home as well with transportation to appointments. This company is awesome. I just recently broke my leg and I am in a wheel chair at home so I can't get down the stairs. I called Qualicare and the two employees that came out to get me to my appointment were amazing. Carefully got me down the stairs and helped me into their vechile. Once at the hospital , got me into a wheel chair to the Orno clinic. Then asking are you going to be ok. Even taking to the x ray department, not leaving until my partner showed up. I have nothing but praise to say about this company. They go above to make sure you receive qualicare and if needed will say with you until your finished your appointment so you are not by yourself. I would recommend this fabulous company to anyone in need of support.
