We had the best experience with Qualicare. Our senior father had a fast decline in mobility and we required immediate assistance. The day i called, we had a call later on to schedule an at home assessment next day with Isabelle. The following day we had a PSW, Sabina, assigned. She was absolutely amazing! If you need a reliable and attentive PSW who is also empathetic to the patient, you will be lucky to have Sabina. Qualicare please treat Sabina well. She is a great asset. Any billing questions was also immediately answered - thank you Collins! And payment was easily done via electronically. Overall, i would definitely recommend Qualicare for any at home PSW support.

This is the second review I have written for Qualicare, on behalf of myself and my two sisters. Over a year ago, I wrote about the excellent caregiving our late mother received through Qualicare. More recently, our father required some at home support and Qualicare again provided excellent and professional service to him. We are no longer in need of care for our father but would endorse this organization to anyone requiring PSW or home support worker assistance. The services required were set up very quickly and efficiently and the caregiver who was provided to us was outstanding. In addition to the excellent caregiving, I feel Executive Director Collins Ogokhe-Green is deserving of special recognition. We were very impressed by how present and available Collins is by phone. He is extremely attentive, and listens to the issues being communicated to him with care and compassion, acting always in the best interests of his clients. We were so impressed by his work ethic, compassion and integrity. Thank you Collins and Qualicare caregivers for our positive experiences with both our parents.

I have had the grand opportunity to have been supported by the talented PSWs from Qualicare staff for the last 50 days or so. The staff is talented, very hard-working, efficient and generous. They have been great friends and advocates for my wife who suffers from severe dementia. Any tasks have been completed with excellence. They have protected our interests both in a public hospital and a private retirement home. Both my wife and I have had an enriching life working in a difficult time. We have been using Qualicare for the past few months for PSW support for my mother. It was a smooth and easy process to arrange care quickly. The PSWs were kind, reliable and helpful. They assisted in the home and even at some appointments. Special mention goes to PSW Avita for her caring and consistent support. We are grateful for the support of Qualicare in our time of need. We would definitely recommend Qualicare, and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Collins and the staff were very helpful and kind setting up the in home care our mother needed. Within hours of calling to arrange for PSWs to come to the house for the first time, Collins arranged for the support and care our mother received. We used Qualicare for approx 2 years for my elderly grandma (now 90 y.o) and they were always amazing to work with; from schedule changes to language requirements, they have caretakers to accommodate. Compassionate team, helped my elderly father through the critical time. I desperately needed a provide sitter for him at the hospital, googled and found the company online. I called Monday morning and PSW was arranged immediately to start that morning! Very flexible and understanding in shift and PSW request. Highly recommended!

We feel extremely fortunate to have Collins supporting us throughout the process... I am writing this review for Qualicare Home Care to commend the exceptional and remarkable service that my Aunt and I have experienced. I want to express my gratitude to the PSWs who helped my Aunt. They are skilled and friendly.The initial assessment of my Aunt's condition was incredibly useful, leading to the Assessment Nurse creating a schedule for the PSWs to follow. Living two hours away from my Aunt, the PSWs play a vital role in her care. Despite the short notice, Collins always come through for us. Qualicare Home Care, you have won over my Aunt who is usually difficult to please. Thank you.

Qualicare Scarboro provided 24/7 care for my 93 and 92 year old dad and mom for the past 3 years. All of the psws were compassionate, attentive and competent, especially Tari, Eugenia and Dodhila. Qualicare adapted as the mental capacities of both parents diminished. I will always feel indebted to them and highly recommend Qualicare and the staff.

Qualicare has been a blessing. I fell and was in the hospital for a month and a half. I had to come home for further treatment. I was unable to walk for a month, through kind and excellent care of qualicare psw's I was able to make great progress with my walking.

My uncle had terrific from Qualicare Scarborough for 6 years. Mila was his primary care giver along with Nadjat and both were so involved and concerned about his well being. Mila played cards with him for the longest time, until he couldn’t remember how to play. They were on top of his health and needs at all times. They were at his side for the longest time and kept us regularly updated on his status. He knew and trusted them and likely saw them as his best friends. Many thanks for your kind hearts and genuinely dedicated work.

Qualicare provided 24 x 7 palliative support for my 98 year old father before he passed in January. The PSW staff were compassionate, attentive, and competent. Qualicare adapted as my father's situation deteriorated and were very responsive to family requests. They even went to hospital emergency and stayed with my father during that time. We were able to get the 24 X 7 service on very short notice. During the time we used their service Qualicare ensured we had 24 x 7 PSW support through the December holiday season and some pretty severe snow storms. Highly recommend Qualicare and their staff. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had called a number of agencies to find a caregiver for my mom who’s in a LTC home, Bruce was the first to call back. After telling him what I was looking for (personality was high on the list), Bruce had two candidates for me within a day…the other agencies still hadn’t called back. When the PSW I hired had to leave for personal reasons, Bruce was able to find another amazing person to step in, right away. Bruce loves his job and really cares about the people who work with and for him, he’s able to manage expectations and is always available to answer questions. I have recommended him and Qualicare to anyone looking for help for a loved one and would say, don’t waste your time calling any other agency.
