My experience with Quli care has been a good one. I met with the companies CEO Çindy, she asked all the right questions about my family member that needed support as they are on the Autism spectrum. I was looking for activityr companionship outside of the home. Qulicare was able to find the right match and I was very grateful for the efforts that was made as it was somewhat complex. I'm glad to have found Qulicare service.

Qualicare was overseeing the care of my elderly mother. My mother had recently lost her husband and was grieving and trying to adjust to life without my father. Throughout the whole transitioning process, Qualicare (Liana, Beverly-Ann and the PSW's assisting) were kind, considerate and patient with my mother. At all stages, Qualicare kept the family informed of my mother’s well-being (good and bad). They would routinely report back to me on how my mother was fairing. In addition, They were able to keep my mother engaged in activities and discussions, They assisted in her personal care and always seemed to have my mother’s well-being as their primary focus. They even made helpful suggestions on ways to make my mother’s grieving process less painful. Our family considers ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have had Qualicare assist us in this extremely difficult time. We will forever be grateful.

I called Qualicare late one evening after my mother fell and ended up in Emergency. She was going to spend the night on a gurney alone in a hallway, and I was desperate to find someone to stay with her as we were all exhausted. I reached Liana at Qualicare and she was so helpful! She found a PSW quickly and arranged for him to stay at the hospital that night. I continued to use Qualicare's services during my mother's weeklong stay at the hospital, and I found them very professional and easy to deal with. I am grateful for their help at a really difficult time!

This past weekend we used the service of Beverly from Qualicare to help a family member in a wheelchair get to where we needed to go, and we had the best experience. Liana was incredibly responsive to my last minute request for overnight care for my mum. She listened and was able to provide someone who was amazing at the 11th hour. My mum was so well cared for and I was assured that she was in good hands with a certified PSW who had a great attitude and knew what to do to support my mum. I highly recommend Liana's Qualicare services, based on my first-time experience.

Liana is wonderful and was very attentive as we explained Mom's changing needs, taking detailed notes to tailor Mom's requirements. Staff's ability to respond to last minute care requests was outstanding. Caregivers Shaday and Priscilla are attentive, compassionate and reliable. My wife had a very bad experience in the hospital ward that left her feeling unsafe at night. I contacted Qualicare, and explained our situation to them at 1pm on a Friday. The team was able to arrange for an overnight PSW the same day!! It was such a relief to my wife and let her rest properly. Over the next four weeks, the assistants were invaluable to her both with helping her during the overnight, and making her feel secure. The same two workers were made available for the duration of her treatment which made things very consistent. They always arrived on time, and she had no nights without an assistant present. If I ever have need of this type of assistance again, I will absolutely be contacting Qualicare again. 100% recommended.

My father was in the hospital for over 4 months. He has sepsis. The hospital didn't have the resources to feed him and he wasted away. Qualicare came in and got him eating more regularly and doing exercises. They care like it's their own family member. I won't hesitate to call them again.
