I recently had the privilege of working in a family home alongside the Qualicare Edmonton Northwest team, and I was truly moved by the level of care they provide. The clients were preparing for a move, and as each caregiver finished their final shift, there were heartfelt, teary-eyed goodbyes. It was clear how deeply connected the caregivers were to the family and how much compassion they brought to their work. Qualicare has an amazing team that goes the extra mile. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to their clients is something special. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional caregiving support.

Qualicare has been wonderful for my mom. They arranged support incredibly fast. We reached out one afternoon and someone was at her home the very next morning to help her start her day. Her main caregiver, Dailia, has been the highlight. My mom raves about her and truly looks forward to their time together. She brings patience, warmth, and a calm presence that has made a real difference. She has helped my parents start their day on a positive note and they look forward to seeing her. The office team communicates well and has been flexible with any changes. Overall, the experience has been smooth and reassuring. I am grateful for the support they provide and would happily recommend them.

I was looking to initiate once per week in-home care for my mother, who was experiencing mild-moderate cognitive impairment. After a Google search, I found Qualicare Home Care Edmonton Northwest to have excellent Google reviews. I then followed up with an investigative phone call with Dana Chan, the owner of the company. Dana was very responsive and spent significant time with me to understand my mom's needs, and to clearly explain to me the scope of services they would be able to provide. We then proceeded with an in home visit, with Dana and the Qualicare head nurse, Danielle, during which my parents were able to express their needs and desires. It was both an interactive and informative process, that was very client centered. After gathering all the information, Dana and Danielle, chose one of their staff who they specifically felt would best meet the needs my mom had expressed to them. We then proceeded to schedule a weekly visit time. After using this service for one month now, my mom is delighted with the care worker they paired her with, and I feel very comfortable and confident that going forward, should my mom's needs increase, we now have a reliable system in place that will bring us all peace of mind. I know that my mom will be safe and well cared for, and my mom is so pleased that this type of in home support will meet her goal of being able to age in place, for as long as possible. Communication all through this process has been reliable and regular. I highly recommend Dana and her staff, based on our very positive experience.

We've had an excellent experience from Qualicare Home Care Edmonton Northwest for home care support. Dana and her team are the best! Dana is professional, thoughtful, and compassionate and was there for me and my family when we needed help the most. Dana helped me navigate the whole process from acquiring care through her service while also helping me through the process of applying for Home Care through AHS. She was very thorough with what our family needs were and also gave suggestions of the types of equipment that would be helpful during our initial assessment meeting. She was always available and prompt to answer any question I had even if I've asked her the same question before. She would also reach out and touch base with me to see how everything was going. Not only is Dana an all-star, her team is also compassionate, reliable, and professional. All of them go above and beyond to make sure my family member felt comfortable and well cared for, while also giving me peace of mind. Communication with the office is excellent, and scheduling is flexible and accommodating, even if it's very last minute. There is no contract to sign and you are billed for only the days you schedule or cancel care when it's no longer needed. There is also a communication portal that allows you to see any notes and what types of care was given during the care givers shifts. I truly appreciate the level of respect and kindness Dana and her team has shown. It feels like they treat our family as their own. Highly recommend Qualicare Northwest to anyone looking for trustworthy and empathetic home care service.

Dana and her team were amazing to work with to help with my grandmother. She made the paperwork seamless, handling the insurance claims, and we could tell everyone prioritized safety and security. Everyone that came to the home was courteous and agreeable. They went above and beyond to help move my grandmother to a facility and Dana even met me to pass on the house keys, to make sure they got to the right hands.

We had a great experience with Qualicare! Dana and her office staff were easy to reach and always available. They were super helpful with my concerns. Dana was very thorough in regards to care set up and what our needs were. There was no contract so it was easy to modify or cancel care when needed. The care staff were pleasant and patient, and got along well with our person (even on her worst days). We liked the communication portal, it was good to see the notes from the care staff after their shift. I would definitely use their services again.

Qualicare Home Care and staff exceeded all of my expectations and I will be forever grateful! They treated my family with kindness and respect in every situation and we looked forward to having them come into my parents home daily. I feel like the staff became part of our family because they were so easily to talk to and quickly to respond to any concerns we had even if it was on short notice! Thank you so much for always going above and beyond to make things work for my mom. I know she really appreciated the care attention she received from the stall at Qualicare Home Care. I would definitely recommend Qualicare Home Care to anyone looking for an excellent, qualified caregiver to help care for your loved ones. It is a real peace of mind knowing they are well cared for. The care and kindness from Dana and her PSW staff is outstanding. Dana has been more than willing to help all us navigate, to assist with other issues, suggest solutions, and go out of her way to support. She has always patiently listened to (and read) my concerns. And responded with understanding and compassion. The concern and desire to help is sincere. Getting things set up for my mother was a challenge, due to her resistance and the family’s differing issues and priorities. Dana stick-handled it all and helped things happen. And she continues to do so. She is not someone who stands back once the contract is signed. My mother sounds cheerful and has no complaints. As I do not live nearby, it is good to be able to feel confident that all is well.
