Qualicare has been wonderful to work with. The initial calls were extremely informative and helpful. The nurse who came to assess was kind and compassionate. They have all been very responsive, and my parent gets along well with each PSW. Thank you!

We recently had Qualicare come in and assess the needs of my 85+ year old father, who had recently come out of a 2-week stay in the ICU. They were able to create a tailor-made care plan for him that helped to monitor his physical and emotional health. It gave us peace of mind to know that a kind professional was looking after him. Qualicare was extremely helpful during a 2 month period of recovery for my 88 year old mother following a very serious accident resulting in significant trauma. They were able to begin shortly after I made inquiries to provide home support for my mom. Their services were comprehensive and easily tailored to my mom's needs during her ongoing recovery. As a manager Jerry is someone who would you like to work under and with that he is kind person, he always listens to employee's input and help whenever they need. I have been receiving post surgical support from Qualicare over the last several weeks. I truly cannot say enough good things about their services. Jerry and Kate have been wonderful to deal with - they did an outstanding job at matching me with a wonderful PSW who has been a dream to work with. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we've had working with Jerry and his outstanding team over the past few years. They have gone above and beyond to provide our elderly family members with the highest levels of care. Even during the challenges of COVID, they delivered continuity of care and ensured their staff ALWAYS had appropriate PPE to keep themselves and their vulnerable clients safe.
