After having a full hip replacement & my husband had a fall, I was stressed to the max requiring help. After searching the internet, I secured help from Qualicare Burlington. We were interviewed by a lovely nurse seeking out what we needed. I was then reached out with Sana the manager. She assisted me with all my needs. The next day we had Queen who was an absolute delight. Later in the week we had Ashley a gem. Both ladies were very efficient, friendly, completed all task with ease & no problems at all. They both arrived on time & immediately went to work. I would highly recommend Qualicare if you find yourself needing PSW help. Thank you ladies

I have been very pleased with my experience with Qualicare from the very first time I met with someone from the agency. They have been the easiest and most accommodating agency that I have worked with. The caregiver who works with my daughter is conscientious and experienced. Anyone I have spoken with at the agency listens to my concerns and acknowledges our specific needs.

Jerry and his team is absolutely amazing. They are accommodating and prompt with communication and home care services. It has been very difficult to find a reliable agency that can suit your needs but Qualicare makes it so easy and safe. Will always recommend Jerry to anyone here in Burlington. 10/10!

Jerry and his team managed my elderly aunt's care twice while in hospital then transitioning back home and later to a new senior residence (2016, 2018). Their care was outstanding in all situations: hospital acute and extended stays, senior residence and palliative care. Qualicare staff covered care gaps in the hospital and the residence. As I lived out of town the registered nurse Care Manager was my eyes and ears on my aunt and with her we created a solid care plan including daily logged observations. My aunt and I developed a close relationship with the Care Managers whom I relied on greatly. I'm honestly not sure how I would have coped without them. Jerry was hands on in the set up and any challenging event. I highly recommend Jerry and the Qualicare team.

Simply outstanding - professional, reliable, skilled, caring and compassionate. The PSWs who have been caring for my wife at home these past months (and indirectly for me!) have become like a second family; it’s good to see the same faces week after week, to come to know (and so know you can rely on) them, and to feel we are as safe and comfortable as we can be. Confronting the ravages, indignities and fears induced by cancer and its treatments is immensely hard - but the amazing, lovely, loving women from Qualicare have made it so much easier.

I cannot say enough about the care and compassion provided by Qualicare Burlington. We recently had Qualicare come in and assess the needs of my 85+ year old father, who had recently come out of a 2-week stay in the ICU. They were able to create a tailor-made care plan for him that helped to monitor his physical and emotional health. It gave us peace of mind to know that a kind professional was looking after him. With their assistance and monitoring, Dad is back on his feet again. It is good to know that they are there when we need them. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call on them again. Thank you!

I acquired the services of QualiCare Home Care agency three months ago. Since then my experience has been nothing but exceptional. Very professional, great expertise, staff very pleasant and job oriented at the same time. A communication between myself an agency prompt and ongoing adddressing all onngoing needs and changes. Qualicare was extremely helpful during a 2 month period of recovery for my 88 year old mother following a very serious accident resulting in significant trauma. They were able to begin shortly after I made inquiries to provide home support for my mom. Their services were comprehensive and easily tailored to my mom's needs during her ongoing recovery. Should I be in a position to require their services again, I would not hesitate to contact them. Jay Hammond
