We recently closed on the sale of our property with Roman as our listing agent. We are very happy with Roman particularly with his guidance through a difficult time. The real estate market went from a sellers market to a difficult buyers market from the time our initial listing/pricing decisions were made. While the market shifted nominally to a buyers market it moreso shifted to one will limited activity. With Roman's guidance we changed gears made some difficult decisions and quickly sold our home. We needed to adjust our expectations to an unusually difficult market but came out in a very good place all in all. His calm clearheaded guidance was invaluable to us to understand the market dynamics and to make  prudent decisions. He also assisted us greatly with items outside his scope as a listing agent but was willing to help with. That help made some of the associated tasks manageable rather than onerous. Thank you Roman.

The experience of moving away from a longstanding home can be stressful and difficult, even if the reason to relocate is positive, which it was for us, as we were moving to be much closer to many family members. When it was time to list our home for sale, Roman provided a wonderful combination of practical advice, as well as offering important assistance and support during the whole process. Real estate transactions proved to be much more complex than we had realized, so Roman's guidance was very welcome! Two outstanding qualities that Roman exhibits are integrity and honesty. He was resolved to have both my wife and I satisfied with all aspects of selling our home, but he also showed important consideration for any potential buyers. He suggested that we do some important upgrades to the property prior to putting it on the market, which he assisted with arranging. These improvements, while not of direct benefit to us, made our property much more attractive to potential new owners. His analysis of local real estate market conditions was thorough and he was careful to involve us both in all the decisions involving setting an asking price, considering offers, and he carefully guided us through the complex steps of finally accepting an offer. (He even volunteered to assist with the task of moving, a kind offer we did not need to accept, as our family members provided able assistance with the heavy lifting). In summary, my wife and I strongly recommend Roman as a skilled and ethical realtor, whose efforts to assist you in the sale of your property will be sincere and effective.
