This is my second 1 star review after Ms. Renata Bliumaite, the owner of Qta Tax, Ltd - Tax Praparation Services, responded to my original feedback with a false public accusation.
I originally engaged her for a basic tax filing but because the refund amount was insignificant, the case did not generate compensation for her. She could have declined, but instead, she accepted the work, requested sensitive personal information, and proceeded - only to delay the process, send incorrect forms, block communication, and leave the case unattended for a month.
When I posted a one-star review outlining these facts, Ms. Bliumaite responded publicly with the following: “Some people want false deductions; QTA Tax, Ltd. does not participate in false deduction scam.”
A serious accusation - never reported to any authority, only posted as retaliation.
Renata Bliumaite does not uphold the basic standards of human decency or respect that every client deserves.
This review is for those who value integrity over convenience.
I do not recommend Ms. Bliumaite or QTA Tax Ltd.

I have been using QTA Tax, Ltd services for several years. Renata is very professional and competent. Recently, I received a letter that something was not filed on time and a penalty has been assessed. We discovered that I had failed to mail what had to be mailed. Renata stopped me from sending a check to pay the penalty and instead informed me about the new law that just came out and she would be able to send in a request to get the penalty waved. Indeed it was! I am very grateful for her knowledge and skills. So happy to have found an accountant this hard working and trustworthy!
