Alex was very informative and helpful on the items I was interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable on what I might need vs what I want, he is not your typical salesperson that pushes things you don’t need. He made the purchase process very simple from start to finish , the finance company even offered some really good rates. Can’t beat a 0% offer. All and all the whole experience was worth the extra drive there, would recommend.
Recently purchased a used tym tractor from here, 2017 with around 600 hours. Was assured the unit was ran thru their shop, before even unloading after purchase we noticed a small puddle of gear oil. Both front axles were leaking and one side had been there for a while. I sent an email with pictures and was again assured this was normal. After putting about 12 hours on the machine the front tire, axle and bearing broke leaving me stranded on a commercial site during snow removal. At this point I brought it to my local dealer, all filters and oil were semi recent but never changed, the only thing that was done before purchasing was greasing the machine. 3 bearings, a new front axle, 3 front seals, a/c belt squeak and a windshield washer tank and a loader arm bushing all have been replaced out of pocket including a tow bill for getting it off site when broken. I would have been better off buying new at this point, and understand buying used has risks but this is crazy. I have also never left a bad review for a business but believe after my first kind email this should have been handled differently. Buyer beware especially if you are a commercial provider.
