Really impressed with the customer service from Micheál and the team at QMPRESS. After our boiler developed an unexpected issue I reached out for support. They were quick to respond, sourced a replacement unit and sent it out all within a few days. Really happy with the unit itself, would definitely recommend QMPRESS for anyone looking for a 4-1 Tap solution, it’s loved in our house!

I'm very fond on my instaboil and it's made life easy since we got it installed. It works great. The boiling water is so handy and the filtered water tastes lovely and fresh. That's handy because we have a lot of limescale. We got rid of the kettle too! Thanks to Micheal for great sercvice too and it was lovely to deal with him.

QMPress is a company that puts the customer first. We had a tap and sink installed as part of a recent renovation, and are extremely pleased with the result. The quality and finish on the products is top notch, and the customer support (thanks Micheál) is great. If you have any questions or issues, contact them, and you will be sorted. The thought of never having to (ask one of the kids) to put the kettle on again is brilliant!

The ompress water heater, has made our kettle redundant, it’s extremely compact and fits under the sink without taking up the whole press. Filtered water on tap and hot and cold water from the same source, brilliant. I would highly recommend the unit, which comes from a local Irish company 👍👍

We bought our QM press tap from Michael in March 2024. From the very first phone call, we were so impressed with Michael’s professionalism. Throughout the whole buying and installing process, Michael has always been there to answer any questions without delay. Unfortunately our plumber installed the tank incorrectly and when we rang Michael for advice, he took action straight away. From sending us videos and voice notes to calling out personally to install it correctly. We are blown away by their incredible customer service and feel so valued as customers. We can’t thank Michael and the team enough for all their help.

We are very impressed with our QMpress tap it works perfectly and we get boiling water in an instant. The customer service in particular is incredible! Micheál even came out to our house to assist with fitting the unit and is always so accommodating and easy to deal with. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend QMpress to anyone!

If I could give 10 stars I would... After researching all of the boiling water taps this tap is the only one that we could guarantee would work with our water softener and reverse osmosis system. Since we purchased the tap the lads at QMPress have been nothing short of extremely helpful. Alan and Michael are gentlemen and have gone above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this company and their product is exceptional.
