I had the opportunity to meet Alex at the Chicago Tea Festival, and purchase a couple different rock teas from them. Everything I tried was delicious! Both Alex and his colleague were so helpful and nice. Even when I was accidentally complicated, he was so patient with me. They both went above and beyond, and I might’ve bought them out if I’d had the budget. I’ll definitely be buying from them again when my current collection finally runs out.
Update: Finally got to share the Rou Gui with the family, and they all loved it!

Didn’t read the description from the seller, it only contain 3 small package which about 3 pots of tea. Too expensive for the price.
