Great trainer. I always struggle with my concentration when going on training courses. However, i was getting quite involved today and found it interesting.

I just had my training with QDL for my forklift license.
This was my first time on a forklift, so I was quiet nervous.
But my trainer Leon Raines was absolutely fantastic.
To cut the story in short, I passed.
I had 3 days booked, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. And lucky for me, I was the only one there, so it was a 1 to 1.
Leon's way if teaching is fantastic, I personally found it extremely useful and helped me learn quiet quickly.
Everything he explains is clear and concise, so whenever he asks if I had a question, I never did, as he usually covered everything.
For being a novice on a forklift, which Leon probably is used to being a trainer, he let me practise and be a bit free with things, which I again found super useful, this allowed me to learn the basics and how a forklift operates and grasp the turning circle. Furthermore, he has a hands off approach on the practical side, however he is always watching, this made things less stressful and allowed me to learn.
And if/when I did something wrong, he would let me know, but also how I can correct it, which was useful as this helped me realise what I was doing.
QDL was a really nice place to be as well, everyone was very kind, warm and very welcoming.
If you were considering booking, I would 100% recommend, it was a fantastic experience and I honestly have nothing to fault. Looking forward to being a Forklift Operator.
