Annual AC service
Jason from Quality Degree came today and performed the annual service of our Central Air Conditioning. He was very efficient, friendly and showed us that there was mold growing in our tray under the AC unit. He recommend a light to install which will eliminate the mold, which is caused by condensation. He showed us photos of the mold. We had him install the blue light. We were happy with Jason's visit today!
Earned my trust
This is my third year with QD. I also had a rental property that was being serviced by another HVAC company. The other company wanted $2300 to repair a unit that was already under warranty. It was only four years old. QD came out and after careful analysis and testing determined it nearly needed a different type of filter with a few minor adjustments to heat properly. My total bill was $99. I have since switched all my business to QD.
Great Company
Last year was looking for HVAC system. We went through Costco and found Quality degree and we are so glad we did. We love our new HVAC system. Our electric bill went down quite considerably. Our HVAC system we chose is not top-tier level but let me tell you something runs like it’s top-tier level, heats and cools the house so comfortably! Customer service has been top-notch!
