Technician Louie showed up on time and was very thorough in servicing my oil furnace. All of my questions and concerned were answered and I have a much cleaner/more efficient running unit now after using Quality Degree. They were also able to do a next day appointment, which was really important in my situation as I was getting an exhaust odor coming from a backed up chimney. Now resolved. I wish I called them sooner.

Quiet, respectful, professional, and courteous. Faster than was quoted for time and very friendly. Instal team had 10 years of hvac experience so I feel confident it was done right. Overall very satisfied with the install. Answered all questions and gave ample opportunity for me to ask anything I wanted. Everything I expected

Smooth Installation
Jacob and team did a thoroughly professional and efficient install of my new Lennox heat pump today. They had to work in a tight space in our crawl space to get our old furnace out but they figured it all out. I’m looking forward to enjoying my new heat pump for many years to come

They were friendly and professional from the moment they showed up at our door and all throughout the job. They showed us before and after pictures and explained the whole process. We really felt confident with their knowledge and performance. Very Satisfied Customer!
Antonio Delaney did a fantastic job! He came on time. (4:10ish in the 4-6 appointment window). He diagnosed the problem with my AC and determined it was the thermostat. He had a replacement for the thermostat on the truck. Now I have AC! He even let me know about how often I need to have dryer vent and air ducts cleaned. Overall, very satisfied customer!
