Quality Comfort certainly leaves no one without heat. Tech Brian showed up after 10pm on a Friday night and made sure we had heat on one of the coldest nights this year. The customer service team, the tech and Ryan (I believe he’s a supervisor) anyway they are all world class in service!

During a crawl space inspection a gas odor was detected in the crawl space. The gas company came out and confirmed a leak and shut our gas off. The next day Quality Comfort rearranged their schedule and sent out technicians who spent almost the entire day finding and sealing the leaks (there were several). That night we were able to call the gas company and have the gas turned back on. I was very impressed with the technical knowledge and the persistence these guys demonstrated in solving this critical problem for us. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with Juan's professionalism in replacing our downstairs HVAC system. He arrived on time and did not stop until the installation was complete even though his company was having its annual Christmas luncheon. I appreciate his dedication and concern for the customer. I was also impressed with Christian. This young man was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we understood how to operate the new system before leaving our home.
Caleb seemed to do a thorough job, was on time, and didn’t try to oversell or suggest any unnneeded additional repairs/services.

Caleb texted to let us know he was on his way. Did the maintenance on the unit and explained everything, including pictures of the reading of the unit. I also want to note had an issue last week and Quality Comfort took care of it immediately. Thank you Quality Comfort and Caled.

The heat had been working intermittently, so I called around 8 a.m., and a technician named Kenneth arrived a few hours later. He diagnosed the problem immediately and implemented a temporary fix to keep operations running until the parts arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable about my units. We have two 2018 Trane XV20i dual-fuel systems that are apparently not very common, and it was clear he knew them well. We have worked with other companies in the past, and there is simply no comparison. I will be requesting Kenneth at Quality Comfort for all of our future HVAC needs.

The folks from QCS did a fantastic job! The installation team was prompt, courteous and professional. Installation took two days since it was both new ductwork and a new HVAC on a larger house.
