Amazing! I had my first treatment the first part of November and my last treatment today, March 25. My knees are 100% better. Before I started this, I could barely walk. I still have stiffness on stairs but that’s because my knees are still weak which I’m working on strengthening. I’m told they should keep getting better as time goes by. This is well worth the cost. Absolutely no down time and now I can actually go for walks. I would definitely advise anyone to at least talk to them to see if this will work for you. If they say it will, don’t wait. Get rid of your pain! It’s almost unbelievable how well it has worked, has certainly changed my life!

I have had 3 of the 5 treatments over the past couple of months with gradually decreasing pain and symptoms. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job of explaining everything about each procedure.

I went to QC Kinetix after over 2 months of 24/7 pain in my neck and shoulders. Over those 2 1/2 months I had been to my chiropractor several times, massage therapist several times, and even had acupuncture done, trying to relieve the pain. The pain would subside for a brief time after each of these, but then would be right back to where I was later that day or the following day. Once I was at QC Kinetix,They did a scan of my shoulders and neck and then I was told that I have a severe case of arthritis in my neck and shoulders. After hearing this, I agreed to move forward with the stem so injections. It has been 10 days since I received my first injection and for the past three days I have had little or no pain in my neck, and I can also already notice a lot less popping and cracking when I move my head. I still have eight more injections to go and can’t wait to see how I feel once I have had all nine injections. I also have to give kudos to the staff at the liberty Township location. I have been treated with nothing but caring and kindness from the moment I first walked in, which is greatly appreciated! They even have free snacks if you are a little hungry when you are there. Lol.

For years, I was told by multiple orthopedic doctors that I’d need an artificial shoulder someday. I have had trouble with my knees since I was a teenager. After Multiple surgeries 20 years ago, I was dealing with clicking, pain and inflammation. I met a guy on vacation in the fall who works at the Atlanta location, he explained the process and I finally took the plunge in April and have no regrets! I’m finally able to walk with no concerns and starting to exercise again at 57. Thank you to this wonderful team!!!

Since he started treatment with QC Kinetics, he is pain free, has increased mobility and can squat down and ger up without discomfort or extreme exertion . The team at QC KINETIX Liberty campus are dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate in their mission to help people with pain issues to avoid surgery. My shoulders had pain interrupting my sleep, rating from 8-9/10 ...After my first treatment I felt a difference, to the point of sleeping well, and no pain recurrences beyond a 2/10 since. Well worth the cost, and I highly recommend them!

I would not even give them a star. My husband was told they could help him. He should never have been advised to proceed with the procedure. They didn't even take an initial x-ray. He should have never been told he was a candidate. After many months of promises and much avoidance we were told rudely "Oh Well it happens. Some times this doesn't work". Now we are $8000 out of pocket and still no relief. All they wanted was our money. No wonder the insurance companies do not pay for this procedure. As you can see from the photo...his knee got worse. Don't waste your money.

People are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The facility itself isn't really set up for people with joint issues. Chairs are very low and exam tables don't have steps to get on. I had bilateral knee treatment. Harvesting the stem cells from pelvic bone was the worst part for me, I'm not sure I would do that again. Knees have mild to moderate improvement, I can walk easier without pain. My goal is to put off knee replacement for as long as I can so, fingers crossed.

When I first began this journey I was told there was a 90% chance of success. My experience has not been a good one. I was misinformed and the procedure did not work. There is 0 improvement with my knees. I spent $12,000 for nothing. Procedures were delayed, and the staff competely changed. I had to make a compliant to corporate in the first two months. I feel like I have been used and will never trust this company again. I will not refer them to anyone. The staff were friendly and professional.
