I booked a deep clean which was to include an oven clean. The cleaners were over an hour late which I was told was due to traffic congestion. The cleaners were polite, but were only here for a bit over 2 hours. I couldn't see that there was "deep cleaning" done. One bed was still rumpled as well as the cover on my day bed, and some of the surfaces weren't dusted. The oven was not cleaned. I brought this to the attention of management and was promptly refunded $50 for the charge for the oven cleaning. Still, I think $630 is a lot for 2 hours of work. I have used Bumble Bee in the past and this is the first time things didn't go as planned. So, that's why the 1 stars this time. Maybe it was just a bad day.

I will never go through this company ever again. They charged me 360$ to clean my upstairs only. They went over two hours had two people did not go through over everything I had to go back and my floors were dirty not mopped I had to fo in my bathroom I saw garbage none of my floors were mopped I couldn't believe how slow they were I was so upset I am in my third trimester of pregnancie trying to prepare for our baby and they had to resend people the next day to get the job done correctly. Still not worth the price.
I've had my upstairs and downstairs done for less than 360$ and done fast and efficiently ess than 3 hours by two people. This is the worst cleaning experience I've ever had the worst job and the most expensive.

We understand how stressful preparing for a new baby can be, and we genuinely wanted to help make that easier for you. Here's a bit of context for anyone reading:
You selected our hourly cleaning package, which is our most budget-friendly option and is priced by the hour rather than by scope of work. Because this package gives clients control over cost, it does come with the trade-off that not every task may be completed within the selected time, especially in larger homes or homes that require extra attention. Our flat-rate packages do include a satisfaction guarantee for this reason.
That said, when you reached out with concerns, we took immediate action and sent a second team the very next day at no additional charge, even though our hourly package does not include our standard re-clean guarantee. We also offered to send a third team, which was unfortunately declined.
We always want our clients to feel they received great value, and we recognize we may not have been the right fit for what you were looking for at this price point. We wish you and your growing family all the best.
