Had to install a new heat pump system. The work was completed quickly. There were two minor issues that were addressed on a subsequent call. City inspection passed on initial inspection. Jean was great to work with. Good people to work with.
The work that was completed was excellent. The technician was great. Response time was outstanding. Had a question about the billing that was resolved quickly. I'm now enrolling in a preventative maintenance program. Highly recommend, very good people to work with.
Chris just completed the semi-annual service. He was very through. We're good for another 6 months. Thanks Chris!

Great experience with the installation of a new Bosch 3 ton unit. The guys were professional, clean, respectful of the apartment and friendly. They kept me posting on progress. I highly recommend Quality Air.

Chris was the technician who came today and performed the routine maintenance on our outside HVAC unit. He arrived on time and ready to work. I'm a disabled veteran, and Chris was very respectful, professional and friendly.
This is the same company who installed the HVAC unit about four years ago. I'm overall pleased with them.
I have been a customer for 30 years. They have always been reliable and given excellent service. I would especially highly recommend Quality Air Conditoning service contracts to home owners. Just had another service done. Problem found and solved by Steve. Cannot say enough about how excellent this technician is.
