For a project most engineering firms would find too small, Quorum's Structural engineering services including site visits and full structural design were overseen and managed by Peter Hunt in a professional , understandable and friendly manner. I recently had architect drawings produced for a dormer extension in treboeth, swansea. As part of these I needed to have a steal beam designed along with technical calculations for the ridge of the roof. I had a few quotes and they all seemed really high so I submitted my request on 'Bark'.
Within 2 hours I had a reply of Joel who said he would be happy to give me a price. I sent off the architect drawings and to my amazement I had a quote £hundreds of pounds cheaper than everyone.
Even after the initial design, a further tweak was needed to the design and I wasn't charged even after offering Joel more money for his time.
The very next day at around 12.30 I received the drawings and technical design, submitted them to swansea council building regs and they were approved 4 days later for the build to start.
Amazing price, 1st class service and true to their word with regards to the price.
My current builder is already going to forward Joel's details onto his future customers as a point of contact for quotes.
