Paul is the best. He immediately identified a long standing running problem. I started going to his class and my pain resolved. Then I signed up for coaching and he is teaching me how to run more efficiently. It has been an amazing experience.

Thank you for your kind words. It's been great working with you and your family
I’ve had a great experience working with Paul Plummer of PXP Endurance. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to really listen and learn the specific demands of my sport of rowing, then builds that knowledge directly into my training. He also understands that performance is not just physical — he consistently works in the mental side of sport as well, which has been incredibly valuable. Paul has done a wonderful job tailoring my training around the key regattas I want to peak for, with a clear plan focused on both performance and injury prevention. I’m very grateful for his thoughtful and intentional approach.

Paul does a great job of meeting you at whatever your level is and tailoring your training based on your goals and lifestyle. Always makes himself available for questions. Feels like a partnership to get me where I want to be. I appreciate his open and honest feedback.

Thanks for the feedback and review Dave! We love to partner with you and accomplish your goals
I have been a member of PXP for 8 years and Paul certainly benefited me immensely in achieving or exceeding my fitness goals, helped me understand the safest ways to train and continue improving the conditioning. I have been and will continue to recommend the gym to anyone who has hit the wall in training or has any nagging sports injuries.
I've been going to PXP Endurance for six months now. Thanks to their expertise, I've hit goals faster than I thought possible. They have a deep understanding of exercise science and have introduced me to new training techniques that have made a significant impact on my progress.
The community is welcoming, and the range of classes keeps things exciting. I highly recommend it and look forward to continuing my wellness journey here.
Started interning with Paul this summer and have already learned so much from him. He is a very passionate coach and trainer and very knowledgeable in what he does. Watching him coach, I can tell that he always puts what is best for each client first and gives every single person the push they need to become the best version of themselves. Since joining PXPendurance, I’ve been in awe of everyone and hearing their stories and training journeys is truly inspiring. The environment of PXPendurance is hard to find anywhere else, as it is welcoming and has amazing coaches and athletes.
Paul Plummer is hands down one of the most educated and experienced leaders in the training space that I've ever met. He spent our first few meetings diagnosing many of my "issues" and helping me develop a plan to alleviate them, while also helping me with the mental component of working out; this was a massive roadblock for me. I had hip and shoulder pain that had plagued me for a LONG time. I've been with Paul over a year now and a few months back, I remember realizing that I no longer had pain in either anymore. It had just gone away through our training and the strengthening of the muscles and joints that were weak. He will push you hard, but man... you will grow and you will stay SAFE. This is the biggest reason I work out with Paul and the team. Any skill level, any age. Your physical state will improve and you avoid the risks that come with working out in gyms with inexperienced leaders. Don't hurt yourself. Train with leaders who know exactly HOW to train safely. Wait til you hear Paul's list of experiences. I've never met a man who has done SO much in the field over the last few decades. You won't regret jumping in with PXP!
