Absolutely blown away by the work Paul West has done on both our main bathroom and en-suite. The quality, workmanship and attention to detail are honestly next level.
Every tile line, fitting and finish is perfection. Paul created exactly the luxury modern look we wanted and somehow exceeded our expectations. The brushed brass features, lighting, floating fittings, Bluetooth ceiling speaker system and built-in control panel have completely transformed the spaces into something that genuinely feels like a high-end hotel spa.
What impressed us most was the precision and care that went into every stage of the job. Nothing was rushed, everything was finished beautifully and Paul’s knowledge and professionalism were outstanding throughout. He was reliable, tidy, respectful in our home and clearly takes huge pride in his work.
The layouts in both bathrooms flow perfectly and the finish is flawless from floor to ceiling. We have had so many compliments already and couldn’t be happier with the end result.
If anyone is looking for a plumber/bathroom fitter who delivers exceptional workmanship and true attention to detail, we honestly could not recommend Paul West highly enough. Absolutely first class from start to finish.

Professional from start to finish, always on time, never a hassle, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Work ethic off the charts!
The quality of the work is on another level - perfectionists. Everything is done in the best way it can be, no corners cut (exept for the corners on the amazing mitred tiles 😆), nothing too much trouble to get it done right.
Very considerate all through the job. No mess, waste all taken care of, no radios blaring out at all hours (my pet hate when having work done!) they treated our home with respect as I would treat it myself. They even washed up their mugs after being given a brew!
The end result is a bathroom that would fit into any 5* hotel. It makes us smile every time we use it, it's the jewel in the crown of our new home renovation.
For what we got I believe the job was good value for money too.
I will not hesitate to use them again in future and would highly recommend them.

We cannot thank Paul enough for the work he, Connor and Greg have done. We wanted a bathroom transformation with a wow when you walk in and Paul didn't disappoint. From spending time with us to really understand what we wanted, helping with the design and showing us the luxury finishes were possible (cannot wait to warm my toes on underfloor heating in winter!), to working round our holidays and giving so much time to fuss our needy cats, they really have given us a 5* service from start to finish. Thank you so much! We are so excited to use our transformed bathroom and only wish we had more that you could work your magic on.
Just had 2 En-suites upgraded by Paul, approached and quoted within a week. Installation date agreed and work completed in a timely manner. Impressed with quantity and attention to detail. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I have been lucky enough to have an en suite and dressing room fitted by Paul. Two completely different types of job but a high quality finish on both. Paul is meticulous in his work, he will not settle for less than perfect and it shows in the finished products. I get so many compliments on both rooms, but especially the dressing room as it has a stacked washer and dryer with built in cupboards and wardrobes and replaced the useless third bedroom in the house, so a little unusual for a house in England to have an upstairs “utility” style room. The finish is absolutely flawless and he takes practicality into account as well as the beautiful design in all of his work. He thinks outside the box and gives suggestions and ideas that you would just never think of, such as laying the flooring diagonally to give the room the appearance of being bigger. I will 100% be getting Paul and Connor to fit a new main bathroom in the near future.
