Worst experience ever with PV Delight Pix.
They have absolutely no idea how to handle customers. We had to give them every single instruction — if we don’t tell them what to do, they just sit simply without taking proper shots. They don’t even know how to capture good candid photos, and we had to guide them for every single click.
They refused to edit the photos they shot, and it was clear that they have no proper understanding of the difference between raw soft copies and edited soft copies. Instead of fixing their work, they give excuses and argue.
Their knowledge, attitude, and professionalism are extremely poor. If you want stress, disappointment, and useless photos, then go ahead and book them. Otherwise, stay far away — absolutely not worth your time or money.
You yourself clearly said that if it’s only shooting with no editing, the price would be ₹14,000. So claiming that we expected “one-lakh work” is just your excuse to justify poor quality. If editing was not included, you should have stated it clearly before taking the booking — not after delivering unusable photos.
For your ear-piercing ceremony event, I agreed to do traditional photography, candid photography, and candid videography for the entire day — all for just 16,000 thousand Rupees . But you expected work worth one lakh rupees within that budget and kept pressuring me. For the amount you paid, I actually did far more work than required, and besides that, your behavior as a customer was not right. Whatever it is, it’s okay. My customers know the value of my work. Anyway, thanks for your valuable comments..

It was an awesome experience working with them, the team was extremely Enthusiastic making to pose in every possible situation even it's dark, raining, crowd, over noice. I found PV Delight Pix on Google maps and I had got complete package within my budget. When I met Jagadish bro in-person he explained everything thoroughly, showcased his work and I was impressed with that, also he had provided us decoration ideas, and even recommended a good beautician. The entire team was professional and was happy throughout the entire process.
Both the pre-wedding photos have come excellent and awaiting for wedding photos😊. we absolutely love his work and the final outcome. We are completely satisfied with the quality and service provided by him and his team and will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family also for our future events🙂😍.
