It would have been nice to know in advance that an obscenely high service charge would be charged no matter what the service required. In my case I had a cold-water valve that was accidentally shut off at my kitchen sink. The technician found the problem within 2 minutes after arrival, which ended the problem. The charge? $225!! I called the owner of Pursuit Plumbing and asked why I was not told in advance for this charge (it's also not mentioned on the website). His explanation was less than what I expected, however he did lower the charges to $175. I'm happy my problem was resolved but not very happy about the hidden charges.
