I was so happy with the care and service given. Been informed in all the steps from when my cat was collected from the vet through all stages to the end of his journey when he was reunited with me. It meant so much to me and gave me great comfort. I would highly recommend your services to others whom may lose there beloved pet.
Pure souls are incredible for such a sad time. I was met with a cuddle and compassion at an extremely emotional and sad time after losing our beloved pet wolf who was family for over 14years. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Pure Souls who cared for Lilly during her cremation. They were incredibly caring, supportive and respectful from start to finish. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, which brought me so much comfort during such a difficult time. For a sad time in our families life, Pure Souls were amazing and went far beyond our expectations . Our Diesel passed on the Monday night and within an hour of us letting him go, they picked up our Diesel and took care of him.. messages and updates of process and they returned him to us just 4 days later with a few keepsakes that we ordered..
