Wow, what a great whole house system. I now have clean water throughout the house with no loss in water pressure. No need to worry about salt pellets or electricity. Heather is very knowledgeable, professional, and gained our trust by answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. The installer was personable and professional as well. He did an amazing job installing the system. The install was very quick, I’d say less than 90 minutes. We can see a big difference in the quality of the water. It no longer smells like chlorine and is crystal clear. I’m sure the appliances that use water will last longer now. Replacing the cartridges every two years is a reasonable ask. I bought a water tester from Amazon and all the testing categories are in the preferred ranges. See the picture for the results.

Following a referral from Ray Goldsby at WEL I met with and purchased a home filtering system from Windy. She is professional and passionate about the product she sells and the proof is in the pudding. Pictured here are my first set of used filters (Tops) and the new ones (Bottoms) after my first cycle. Manatee County city water did that to our filter system, but didn't go thru OUR systems. Highly recommend Windy and Pure Home 365!

I purchased my Pure Home 365 whole house filter in September of 2024. My water was disgusting. It had a brown tinge to it and was smelly and just awful. I was a slave to bottled water. After installing the filter, I have crystal clear sparkling water in my home and I can now drink my water. I had my water tested by an independent Lab (because I believe no salespeople) and the sample came back with great results. Not only am I super glad I purchased this filtration system, but I cant say enough about their customer service. Just a few weeks ago, my system was not operating as well as it used to and when I opened my filters, they are horrible dirty. (yes my water without the filters is that bad). When I called customer service, they upgraded my system to a larger system to handle the amount of dirt in my water with no charge and I received the new system with in days.....I have never dealt with a company that has such a great product and whose customer service is just awesome. I just love this system and my water now......dont hesitate to buy from this company....great product....great service....

We just installed our Pure Home 365 whole house water filtration system and it is fantastic. We worked with Windy and Heather. They came out and gave us a full presentation answered all questions and within a couple days they were back with their installer and did a fantastic installation. Very professional very neat and within 24 hours, we noticed a difference in the drinking water as well as the shower and the washing machine. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a whole house water filtration system.

After meeting with several companies, Pure Home 365 is what I decided on for my family. A company that is willing to provide a good product, but also donate to a cause such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast, is truly something special. Fresh water with no itchy or dry skin and hair that isn't discolored by the awful Manatee County water. Thanks to Windy and team for a great install. Highly recommended and pricing right on point with other filtration options.

Sarah came over to talk me through everything about the whole home filter system and had a ton of information. I am no scientist, I can only say everything she said was very informative. I’m glad I had made the call because there’s a lot more to be concerned about than just your water tasting off but also the forever chemicals in that water touching your skin, inside your body, and all of the things that your water touches. So, I’m really glad for the peace of mind that we went with their special whole home system that seems to be unique to other companies. The water really does taste so much better now and I’m glad I don’t have to worry about water boil alerts or if the electricity goes out, we’re still going to have drinkable water. It’s really nice to know that it’s not just the water from our kitchen sink that is safe but every water source in our house is safe. Thanks to all of the nice people at PureHome 365.
