All I came in for was a drink.
The girl who served me looked miserable and unhappy.
Also please teach your staff how to talk to customers.
When I asked how much the drink was because I was paying cash she said three not even three dollars.
There was no bye, no thanks, no smile just service from a unhappy person.
There are so many negitibe reviews about this place and it's staff, if I was the owner I'd be replacing the staff, and giving them some customer service training.

Absolutely nonsense. Zero customer service from the owner/ chef. The front staff is ok. I usually go there when i visit coventry village. Today, I found a big piece of plastic when the food was in my mouth. However, I didnot make any drama infront of there customers. Furthermore, the chef was not bothered to face us to appologise at all. Not going back there anymore.
recently ordered chawmin, but instead I received soy-flavoured black noodles that I never asked for. When I called to report the issue, the billing girl started explaining the recipe instead of helping me. They then put my call on hold, hung up on me, and eventually stopped answering altogether.
As an Indian, I am not ashamed to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Even if I were dying of hunger in the future, I would never order from here again. Getting blocked by a restaurant for simply asking about a wrong order is unacceptable.

I was so excited to buy coconut Ladoos and milk cake but it was complete waste of money we just thrown it after having one bite of milkcake..Please don’t sell this kind of Indian sweets it’s spoiling the real flavour..Milkcake was like a brick and same with ladoos..I didn’t checked the reviews otherwise I would never been there..
I visited this restaurant and ordered chole bhature. When I tried the food, the chole had no salt and no spice, and the bhature were completely cold. I called the staff and informed them, and the girl said she would make a new order for me. But when the new order came, it was exactly the same — the chole were tasteless and so hot.They didn’t even serve water once. After coming home, I started feeling unwell. Very disappointed with the food quality and service.

once you order chole bhatura you didn’t inform my staff about you want to spicy food when she serve than you finish your half food and said it is not spicy than our chefs make full serve spicy for you and you ask extra pickles because you like Hot and bhatura make fresh so it will be not cold with in 5-7 minutes and you finish your Food even pickle ,so why you give review like this

Place is so good, food, service everything was so good. The one in the front Amandeep is very good in service and very friendly and professional as well.

The service is alright for a Indian restaurant but the sweets..... My family bought gulab jamun, and some ladu (which were 4 boxes of sweets). The gulab jamun was old and bitter and I felt sick after eating just one. The ladu smelled like floor cleaner and I was worried if I ate one I would get even more sick than I was originally so I didn't try it. The barfi was old and really disgusting. My mum went to the restaurant and asked for a return instead of getting them replaced as she was worried they would give the same, old sweets. We got a return and didn't even give the full payment back. The serving staff was kind but the owner was unfriendly and rufe. Safe to say, that we are NEVER going back to that restaurant again

I think that you change your mind after buy
Sweets when your mum come back within 30-50 minutes and create drama in front of so many customers so my staff don’t want any arguments and refund full amount (we transfer in your card except card surcharge)
She didn’t buy any Barfi
If you sick with gulab jamun than maybe another customer also same happening but I haven’t receive any complaints apart from you
