The GPS took me down the street to Walmart so I called the office only to be put on hold and no one came back to answer my call. I drove around until I found the office. The receptionist KIM had a sour attitude and started asking me personal questions right in the lobby. So i asked her to give me the paper and allow me to fill it out so the people in the lobby don’t have all my information. 😞 Im not going to allow this to ruin my day. Kim later apologized saying she just found out she’s working alone. I work in healthcare over 32 years but I do not allow my issues to cloud my judgement on how I treat my patients. Patients have enough to deal with so they don’t need to be treated badly. 😔 Maybe they need to hire more staff so this doesn’t happen in the future. It won’t happen to me because I won’t be driving way out here anymore. PSL blvd is like a speedway , there was not one police car in sight. At least I grabbed a drink on my way out 😂
