I am giving PRQ Exteriors five starts because they deserve it. A roof is a big investment to protect an even bigger investment in your home. We had to private pay since our roof was 20+ years old with no claims, but wearing out. We had 4 or 5 companies quote the work (Class 4 Shingles) and all were within 10% of each other. We chose PRQ based on all our interactions starting with sales through final inspection. We actually visited their showroom/warehouse prior to making our final decision and paying 50% up front. We are so glad we chose this team! Their project management is solid, kept all promised schedules, and our install team led by Manuel was awesome. They finished 60 squares in a day and half. I highly recommend them for getting your roof work done anywhere in Colorado.

PRQ very helpful through initial stages of roof replacement. Update on 6/12/2026 that project is completed. Overall impressed with the company and their project team. Work was professionally completed in a timely manner. Only problem was with the billing group, which is handled out of state, that communicated poorly and was out of touch with the project requirements.

I'm just home from a 12 hour shift. Check my doorbell cam and someone from PRQ Exteriors came onto my porch- where there's a no soliciting sign and where no service had been requested from them-removed communication from my exterior door which had been left by my yard company. Very strange behavior from a seemingly reputable company. They have folks in neighborhoods taking information that doesn't belong to them. Very strange!
PRQ does excellent work and they communicate well throughout the work and insurance labyrinth. Roof work involves a lot of debris removal and heavy materials- they managed the project without damage to my home or yard. Highly recommended!

George inspected my roof for damage and found nothing. There was no pressure to buy anything, took 5-10 minutes, and he sent me photos to have for future reference. Although no work was done on my roof he was very friendly and helpful. I would contact them in the future if needed.

Process has been seamless so far, including working directly with my insurance company and HOA. Covered the costs, insurance portion and my portion in detail and in a way that was transparent and understandable.

They were extremely professional, and their service and communication was excellent. It's never fun to have to re-roof, deal with insurance, etc., but they made it easy and kept the entire process organized. The roofers themselves were also excellent. Great service, kept our yard safe and clean, and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

PRQ Exteriors recently replaced our roof and did a excellent job, I highly recommend them.
The estimators, office personnel, and roofers were all great to work with and went over and beyond with the entire project from start to finish. PRQ Exteriors was able to show where the damage areas on the roof were to us, worked with our insurance navigating through all the difficulties and push backs that some insurance companies give to their customers, helped us understand the options and costs with the roof replacement, gave us lots of different options types of roofer and colors. They use common sense for appropriate timing to install a new roof so the weather isn't an issue when doing so. The roofer crew were awesome with tearing off the old roof, addressing issues that they found before installing the new roof. They worked fast but still did a quality job and double-check their work when completed. They cleaned up the old roofing debris very well and went over the work areas several times with magnets to pick up nails. Once they were done, they made sure we were satisfied with the job and also followed up a week later to see if any issues arose that needed to be addressed. PRQ Exteriors is the team you want to get if you need roof replacement. A++ from start to finish!

PRQ Exteriors has been great to work with. The whole process of getting a quote and the job set up has been very smooth. They answered all my questions and were able to schedule the installation work to fit my needs. They will be replacing an old roof not due to storm damage.
