We couldn’t be happier with the installation of our aircon. It was quite a complex job with both a split and ducted system required. There was limited roof space and it coincided with terrible weather conditions too, but Angelo, Alex, Kai and Huon couldn’t have been more professional, efficient or friendly. They patiently gave us all the running instructions at the end of the job, had checked in with us regularly regarding their progress, and left everything very tidy. We would definitely recommend their services. Thanks so much guys. You were awesome!
I’m very pleased with the work completed by Proven air conditioning & electrical. They were quick to respond, arrived at the appointed time and were professional with the way they conducted themselves. I was also very pleased to see one of the newer technicians receiving expert on the job training by the team leader.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Proven. Mario spent the entire day upgrading our AC system, zoning all 3 stories of the house, putting in temperature sensors, access points and servicing our main unit. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and looks great. Everything was left in immaculate condition, we are so impressed. We would highly recommend Proven, they are reliable, very easy to communicate with and take pride in what they do.

Professional and efficient service - first contact on Tuesday and deep clean AC service completed by Friday. The team were knowledgeable, responsive, punctual and polite - thanks Armin and Kai.

Really great service. Prompt and communicated well.
Came out and quoted us. Did the work over 1.5 days. All seemed quality apart from one small piece. I didn't need to say anything as their quality assurance process meant they reviewed the work and organised to send someone back in the following day to ensure everything was up to standard. Really happy with finished product.

-Friendly and kind customer service when I called.
-You’re informed exactly when the technician will arrive through a courtesy SMS.
-The technician was very professional, clean, and thoughtful, even offering to help move furniture back that was in the way of the air conditioner.
-Given clear options on further maintenance if you’d like, and the technician doesn’t try to force you in any way.
