We had an urgent task to temporarily disconnect the AC unit. Zac, Kevin, Kai came over pretty much the next day and got everything done super cleanly. Thanks gents, amazing job!

Their customer service representative walked me through the process and have given me a set expectations and timeframe. Their technicians arrived on time and very professional in dealing with us.

**Utterly incompetent, infuriatingly unprofessional, and an abhorrent experience.** I bought a brand new Samsung air conditioner in October 2023, and their horrendous installation left me without air conditioning for the entire blistering Australian summer. The unit started leaking water immediately, and it only got worse from there. They sent out a bunch of clueless technicians 7 or 8 times and **none** of them had the faintest idea how to fix it. It was one incompetent visit after another, with absolutely nothing resolved, a huge inconvenience and a waste of time . When I finally asked for a refund to hire someone competent who could actually do the job, they refused! Instead of taking responsibility for their disgraceful workmanship, they dumped the problem on Samsung, leaving me stuck with a broken aircon and no support all summer. It took 11 months of sheer frustration and escalating the issue to Fair Trade and the Building Commission before I got any resolution. Let me repeat that—11 months before I had a working air conditioner! Only because Samsung finally took over the job and sent technicians from a different company to fix Proven's mess. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability was shocking. Proven Air-conditioning is an absolute joke of a company, and dealing with them was one of the most stressful and infuriating experiences of my life. If you value your sanity, avoid this company like the plague. ***To address the response below by proven: This is what I've been told for the past 11 months, Proven saying it's a manufacturer fault and Samsung saying that it's installation fault. Your technicians themselves told me that the person that did the original installation did a poor job. It is myself, my time and my money that has been disrespected here and not your lovely but young and inexperienced technicians. It wasn't Samsung that left 12 year old copper work in the wall despite my asking to replace the whole system multiple times, proven did that. They ripped the insulation inside the walls and couldn't take out the old copper work to fix it. Instead they did a shabby welding job of connecting new copper to the old one that had zero insulation (Other technicians replaced the entire copper work and pipes with no issues). This is part of INSTALLATION I believe! The ONLY reason this abomination of an aircon was finally replaced entirely was because I had to complain to fair trade and threaten both parties with legal action for someone to finally take responsibility and NOT because Proven is not at fault.

Zac contacted me within minutes of my placing the ad with hipages. He arrived on time and explained in detail of how and what he was going to check. He is very happy and enthusiastic about his job and after thoroughly investigating the system he gave me the different options that I might wish to take as well as costs. Once I made the decision, he placed the order and had the system delivered to my home by the next day and arrived following day to install. So fast!! Very professional experienced and cleaned up after no mess left behind. Excellent Customer service!! Definitely recommend Zac - Proven Air Conditioning and would hire in future. Thank You.

The two Airconditioning workmen arrived on time. They cleaned one internal unit and serviced three external units. They were polite, neat and tidy. They explained everything they were doing and gave very helpful advice and did not mind that I wanted to watch what they were doing and that I asked lots of questions about various Airconditioning functions.
