Very professional and knowledgeable team. We needed all carpets to go and severe moth issue to be dealt with. Proton moth control did a brilliant job, everything uplifted and disposed. Every inch was hoovered and treated with insecticide. A lot of fruss, eggs, larvae and life moths removed. The house left very clean and tidy. They even communicated with Mr Carpet, our new carpet installers, in regards of confirming if the carpet grippers needed removal. Highly recommend
We discovered a serious moth infestation just hours after moving into our new home and reached out to Proton Moth Control. The level of service provided by Georgios, both before and after the treatment, was excellent. The process involved uplifting the carpets and applying pesticide treatments. Georgios was discreet, transparent, and remained available afterward to answer all of our questions. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them if you’re dealing with any pest-related issues and need a quick, professional response.

Proton lifted and disposed of the moth infested carpets in our flat, vacuumed up all debris from the moths and then treated the whole flat to kill the moths. During the booking process, Proton were very helpful and all my calls were answered promptly. Asa visited the flat to quote, and provided expert and helpful advice. On the day of the work, Asa and his team turned up promptly, and carried out the work efficiently, leaving the flat very clean. I would highly recommend this company for moth control work - they are specialists in moth control unlike most pest control companies.

ASA, who owns this company, is the most efficient and pleasant person with whom to deal and very professional and efficient. In my case it is dealing with a mild infestation of mice
My elderly mum had a bad infestation of bed bugs. I contacted Proton and arranged to meet with Asa at my mums house the following day. He assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. I left him a key to the house and I took my mum on the long journey back to my house. He did the first treatment a couple of days later, followed by the second treatment two weeks later, and he kept me informed of progress by phone. My mum is now happily installed back in her own house.
Bed bugs are notoriously difficult to get rid of, so it's worth choosing a pest control company based upon reputation rather than price. I recommend Proton, and would definitely use them again (although hopefully will not be necessary).

Have used Proton on a couple of occasions. Very polite trustworthy and efficient. They got rid of the pests in a rental flat we own. Tenants are happy - so am I. Would use again.

Asa was very professional, and with a clear explanation about the options for how to deal with the pests.
Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if we have another infestation I'll be calling them straight away.

Asa from Proton Environment is very experienced and extremely skilled at his job. We had previously used 2 well known companies in the South West who were not able to stop let alone control our mice problem. We have not had any issues since Asa completed his inspection and provided some solutions. This company gets results in a cost effective manner. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service - had a rodent problem in a tenanted property the team worked clearly and professionally with the tenants (who only had excellent things to say about him) and clearly explained the process etc (much better than I would relaying everything as the landlord) and quickly dealt with the issue. Can't recommend highly enough!
