My husband took his 2021Tyota Camry to this shop.They were very professional and nice.The only service he had done was removing Illegal tint from the front that was too dark. It took them five minutes, and we were in and out.I highly recommend. Their bathrooms are nice and clean and the chairs are comfortable too.
Got my tints put in on my KIA FORTE EX 2012 yesterday and the crew did a great job. Im highly pleased. Shout out to the guy at the front desk (cant remember his name) about answering all my questions and was also very professional. Will definitely recommend them to ppl I know and bring any of my future vehicles!

Great customer service!! Comfortable atmosphere to wait. I was in and out, no hassle. Pro Tint hook my car up every time I purchase a new car! My car isn’t complete until my tint in right!!

In total I’m paying 450 to get my tints done wrong, and then redone correctly. Make sure you come in with some knowledge of what shade you want because the chances of a professional helping you pick one out are slim. The quality it’s self is not bad but if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll spend more then you plan and they have no interest in helping you avoid doing so.

We're sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our downtown Orlando location.
In the beginning, you specifically told us you wanted 30% on your side windows and rear glass. The manager showed you several vehicles in the parking lot to provide a comparison as to what your vehicle will look like after it's tinted. We showed you two vehicles with 15% tint on them and you didn't want it as dark as those. You also wanted something legal. 30% is legal in Florida.
After we installed the film, you expressed that it was too light. Then you showed us a picture of another vehicle with 5% blackout tint on it, saying that’s what you thought you were getting with 30%.
We always confirm with everyone before installing film to make sure they know what they’re getting, but we’re not mind readers.
If you had showed us the photo beforehand of what you wanted, we would have suggested something darker for you.
