Best Conceal and Carry instructor in Chicago/Illinois! What an amazing class! Mr.Carl Kelly is a very knowledgeable and understanding instructor with a great insight understanding of firearm safety and laws. He is a class act and will take his time to teach you something that you don’t understand or need more help getting familiar with and is very patient and always caters to your situation! Any questions you have he has the answers for!
