I had Pro star come out to repair my washer on June 6 and they came back on June 8 to replace a “board”. I paid them right away. 3 1/2 months later my washer is having issues again and the repair person (diff company this time) told us that we needed to replace a board. I called Pro star trying to get a copy of my receipt or the repairs that were done and they claim they have nothing, it is all of sight. They put it back on me and said it would take days to get it and that they don’t keep anything on a computer or have any records on hand. All I need to do is find out what they did so I can tell a different person what was done. I do not have the receipt, but I thought given the short timeframe that the company that did the repair would have a record of the repair. The person I spoke to with confirmed their name and I confirmed it with them that I sent the money to via Venmo. My review may sound like an anomaly because they have high rating, which is why we originally use them, but they are follow up in any warranty on the repair appeared to be nonexistent

We contacted Mike to look at our dishwasher and he fixed the problem. Then we asked him to look at our dryer and he fixed that problem. We also asked him to look at our garbage disposal and he told us to wait longer before replacing it. We found him to be honest and knowledgeable about the appliances. We will call him again when we need help with an appliance.

Excellent service from start to finish. Called me the same day I out in an inquiry online and was able to come the next day. Arrived on time and able to diagnose the problem on my Thermador oven immediately. He had the part in his truck and finished under 30 minutes. Also took a look at my Samsung washer and able to fix that right away as well. Very personable and professional and will definitely be calling them next time I need an appliance repaired.
