Was impressed with the quick response to a refrigerator technician service. Excellent communication on a Saturday call. Alexander kept in contact with me when he was delayed in traffic accident. Analyzed my frig issue and advised me of what to do if the issue resurfaced. I had called two other places in San Antonio will zero communication. Although no further action was necessary, I have full confidence in this company. Again thank you ALexander.

Wesley the technician was fast and professional. He jumped right into action and got to the bottom of the problem. Unfortunately the diagnosis didn’t go in our favor, but he was honest and made good recommendations.

Very respectful. Communication was great. Had the parts to fix my refrigerator, got it done in less than an hour, and on a weekend. Very happy and would use them again.

Anton from ProStar was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher very quickly. I also appreciated that he used an original manufacturer part rather than an aftermarket replacement. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommended!

Wesley came in, identified and fixed the problem, was in & out quickly. Great service and would use them again. Edit: there was a small rattle we noticed just after he left, so we called and he came back immediately and got it taken care of, no complaints, super friendly. That's exactly the kind of service that earns 5 stars.

Anton was quick at identifying the problem and he was timely with his arrival. So far only paid for the service fee which was 89.00 and then gets applied to the labor and repair cost later. Seems fair
