Our washer stopped getting water on a Friday night. Jay was responsive in communications and timely in his troubleshooting and assessment. When the parts came in and that did not fix the issue, he was honest and candid that the total cost of more new parts on a 10 year old washer might be better spent on a new washer. He shared his experience and observations of reliability on various brands. He only charged us the service call fee and we bought a new washer at Home Depot. I greatly appreciate his honesty and for that positive experience, I will use him again and would confidently recommend to others.

Had a leak in my Samsung washing machine. Tested the machine and quickly found the leak. The part, which has to be ordered, is easy to install. Rather than push the installation on me he suggested I could save money and do it myself. I really appreciated that and have ordered the part and will install myself. It’s rare to see a company willing to loose a job to save the customer money.

Save yourself the headache. We paid a $99 service fee to get our Miele oven fixed. The tech looked at it, said he needed to order parts, and promised to follow up in a few days. We never heard back. After we called them multiple times, they finally sent someone out again—only for him to say the exact same thing and ghost us all over again. It’s been almost a month now without a working oven. Tried talking to management/the owner, but nobody was willing to offer any real solution or fix the issue. Absolutely terrible communication and a complete waste of time and money.

Although I did not have them do a repair. They spoke with me for a good while and advised me that the best option would be to replace the appliance over attempting any further repair. That spoke volumes to me, as they took the time out of their busy day to speak with me and guide me in the right direction without spending any money.
